Ignite youth ministry exists so that your High School and Middle School students will know God, find freedom, discover purpose, and make a difference.

Youth Group

Culpeper UMC IGNITE Youth Ministry welcomes all youth between 6th and 12th grade. Please join us for our upcoming Youth Gatherings and Programs. Youth and their families are welcome to join any of these events.


Saturday, February 24th at 1:00PM in the Fellowship Hall

 Rise Against Hunger meal packing. Join other church members in this serving opportunity as we make 10,000 meal packs for people in need. 


Sunday, March 3rd at 10:15AM in the Fellowship Hall

Join us for Sunday morning Youth Breakfast and worship together at 11:00AM. service. Youth are also encouraged to participate in service by helping with ushering, communion serving, scripture reading, or reading prayer.

  • Making Lenten Prayer Beads.

Sunday, March 17th at 4:30PM in the Community Room

  • Youth Worship – the Final Week of Jesus

  • Creating “The Stations of the Cross” for Holy Week.

Saturday, March 23rd

Walk the Way of the Cross with other Christians from neighboring churches in the Town of Culpeper. We will walk through 13 stations of the Cross, visiting several churches downtown, including our church. More details of the schedule will be shared later.


Friday, March 28th, 6:30PM

Guarding the Tomb: re-enactment of the Bible story of the Good Friday and Holy Saturday.
