Prayer
Prayer is talking to God. Your walk with God is only as strong as the communication between you and Him. We are able to seek forgiveness, overcome worry and grow spiritually when we are in communion with God.
You can pray by:
Adoration (Worship) "Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name" (Matthew 6:9).
Confession (Of Specific Sins) 1 John 1:9 says, "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us."
Thanksgiving (Gratitude) Psalm 118:1 says, "Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For his mercy endures forever."
Supplication (Specific Requests) , "And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:l9).

Study
One of the most important ways we “feed” ourselves spiritually is by studying the Bible. In Scripture, King David declared God's Word to be sweeter than honey (Psalm 19:10), and Job said that he treasured God's Word more than his necessary food ( Job 23:12).
One of the easiest methods of studying the Bible is devotional reading or quiet time. This is simply a time of one-on-one fellowship with God through the reading of His Word, worship, and prayer.
There are many devotion books available or you may choose to just meditate on a particular bible verse. There are many online resources that can provide you direction in your daily devotions. Click here to see a list of of resources we have brought together for you.

Become part of a local church.
The reality is that no Christian can endure or prosper long if he or she lives in isolation without the support of a church. No matter how many Christian books, magazines, CDs, and movies you have, they can't replace the experience and fellowship you get from attending church and being with other believers.
In the book of Hebrews, it says, "Let us not neglect our meeting together, as some do, but encourage each other, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near" (Hebrews 10:24-25).

Witness
God tells us that it's important to share your faith with other people (see Matthew 28:20). In fact, it's not just something He wants you to do; He commands us to do it!
Sharing your faith can sound like a scary thing to do, but it doesn't have to be. One of the best ways you can do that is by telling them your story. When you share how God has changed your life, it lets people see that you were once in their shoes, but have now been changed by the power of Christ. A changed life is the best evidence of what Jesus can do.
