Music at 9:29 is modern in style. We lead with a 3-5 piece band (i.e., guitars, keys, bass & drums) in an acoustic rock/pop genre (with occasional hints of classical, country, folk, or jazz). We use a mix of praise & worship favorites (i.e., Chris Tomlin, Hillsong) hymns arranged in a contemporary style, Christian radio top 40, and originals. We usually open our services with upbeat songs of celebration and praise, and close with more intimate worship songs of reflection and commitment. Song lyrics are projected on screens and the congregation is invited to sing along, clap, &/or dance...or just relax in the presence of the Holy Spirit. Check us out below:
Each month we select a song to feature as our "Song of the Month". This is usually a newer song that fits thematically with Pastor Randy's current sermon series.
Our SOTM for May 2012 is Unhindered's "Lavish Your Love".
